Job Title: B2B Sales Executive - UK Telecom Services
Company Overview: Kingfisher Telecom is a fast-growing telecommunications company in the UK, in partnership with BT, offering essential telecom services such as telephone lines, Wi-Fi, and leased lines. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to help us expand our telecom services across the UK market. This position will be based in our Gurgaon office, focusing on outbound sales and driving growth in the B2B segment.
Job Summary : As a B2B Sales Executive at Kingfisher Telecom, you will be responsible for driving sales by reaching out to potential business clients in the UK. You will promote Kingfisher Telecom’s range of services, including telephone lines, Wi-Fi, and leased lines, with a focus on establishing new business relationships and maintaining strong client connections. The role requires a proactive individual with experience in outbound sales and an understanding of the telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls: Make proactive calls to UK-based businesses to introduce Kingfisher Telecom’s services (telephone lines, Wi-Fi, leased lines), focusing on building relationships and identifying business needs.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Research and identify potential leads within the UK market. Qualify prospects and engage with decision-makers to discuss telecom solutions.
Sales Presentations & Consultations: Present Kingfisher Telecom’s products and services to potential clients, tailoring the offering to suit their business requirements.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with UK business clients. Follow up on leads, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards individual and team sales targets by closing deals with businesses in the UK. Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results. Provide regular updates on progress, lead conversion, and sales pipeline to the management team.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless sales process and smooth handover of new accounts.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably in the telecom or related industries.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with cold calling and engaging with business decision-makers in the UK.
Sales Target Driven: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing leads and closing sales.
Telecom Knowledge: Basic understanding of telecom services such as telephone lines, Wi-Fi, and leased lines. Experience with BT products is a plus.
CRM Knowledge: Experience using CRM systems to track leads, sales progress, and customer data.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 Years of Sales Experience – Ideally in telecom, technology, or similar fields.
Knowledge of the UK Market: Familiarity with UK businesses and telecom needs is a bonus.
Location: Gurgaon, India (office-based with a focus on outbound sales to the UK market)
