**About Our Client**:
Our client is a prominent player in the telecommunication infrastructure space, with their corporate set up based out of Delhi NCR.
- Overseeing accounting function and ensuring timely accounting closures and preparation of financial statements as per IND AS and IFRS
- Ensuring financial controls, compliance and governance within the organisation
- Keeping an eye on the business fiscal performance through MIS, analytics and driving course correction as required
- Advise on the financial perspective, cash flows and cost controls of new businesses and contracts
- Responsible for Direct & Indirect tax planning, management and adherence to statutory compliances
- Responsible for setting up processes and controls to support business growth
- Capex Assurance & Revenue Assurance
- Ensuring external funding to enable business growth, treasury operations and managing relationship with Banks
- Shareholder reporting requirements
- Build a robust institutionalized, process driven and scalable structure in the financial function
- Drive 5 year business planning exercise of the company
- Lead the annual business planning / budgeting exercise and track actual monthly performance to drive achievement of annual business plan
- Provide Strategic inputs on the medium to long term business plan as part of the management committee of the company.

**The Successful Applicant**:
Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience in the telcom / telecom infrastructure or allied space, managing large teams and preferably handled M&A transactions.
