Identify and build a pipeline of qualified leads through online research, Linked In outreach, networking events, and referrals. Business Development : Drive new business opportunities by identifying client needs, presenting Expandus Business Coaching services, and scheduling discovery sessions with the appropriate Business Coach. Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective follow-ups, building trust, and offering insights into how our coaching can solve their pain points. Outreach and Communication : Execute personalized email and Linked In campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest in our coaching programs. Handle incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure a smooth transition to the next step in the sales funnel. Collaboration : Work closely with the coaching team to ensure alignment between lead-generation efforts and the overall business strategy. Collaborate with marketing to develop relevant content, such as case studies, Linked In Posts, and Newsletters that support outreach efforts and enhance lead nurturing. Data Management : Maintain and update the CRM (e.g., Snov.io) with accurate information on prospects, lead status, and follow-up activities. Track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns and provide regular reports to the management team.
