Lead Generation Executive

 

Job description

 

We are Looking for a Dynamic Lead Generation Executive with expertise in the US, UK, or Australia demographics with appointment generation experience, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and generating high-quality leads for our sales and marketing teams. You will be responsible for researching and prospecting potential clients and customers within these regions, nurturing relationships, and helping our clients expand its reach. You will also be responsible for analysing data and developing strategies to improve lead generation efforts.


Employment Details:

 

·  Job type: Permanent (Onsite)

·  Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

. Experience: 1-7years

Shift Timing: Night Shift (6 pm – 3 am IST) – ONSITE

· Monday – Friday (Saturday and Sunday are fixed off)

·  Salary: As per industry standards .


Roles and Responsibilities

 

· Identify and generate  leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events. Focus on B2B prospects.

· Build and maintain  a clean and up-to-date database of leads and prospects, ensuring accurate contact information and detailed records.

· Collaborate with sales and marketing  teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.

· Analyse and report  on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

· Continuously monitor  and adapt to industry trends and leading practices in lead generation.

· Market Research:  Conduct comprehensive research to understand the target markets in the US, UK, and Australia. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences.

. Appointment Generation:  Should have experience into setting appointments and meeting

. Manage and prioritize  multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.


Requirements and Qualifications

 

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).

· 1-7 Years of Experience  in Lead Generation.

. Minimum 1 year experience into Appointment Generation

. Experience in recruitment industry is preferred.

· Proven experience as a Lead Generation Executive with a track record of generating leads in the US, UK, and Australia  markets.

· Strong knowledge of the demographics and business landscape in these regions.

· Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software.

· Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

· Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and strategies.

· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
