Business Development Manager - Grow with SAP Biz Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and adoption of SAP's Grow with SAP product in the Bangalore region. This role will be crucial in expanding our market presence and helping small and midsize enterprises (SMEs) accelerate their digital transformation journey. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the Grow with SAP product Identify and nurture new business opportunities within the SME market in Bangalore and surrounding areas Map and qualify the lead and convert the same into an opportunity. Lead becomes Opportunity once it has closure timeline, decision makers identified and product fit to solve customer problem. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies Collaborate with SAP partners team and internal teams to create compelling value propositions for potential clients Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Grow with SAP Manage the sales cycle from lead generation ( from marketing events & campaign ) to Opportunity Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field 8-10 years of experience in SAP or ERP sales, with a focus on the SME market Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of SAP's product portfolio, especially Grow with SAP and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives Experience in selling into Manufacturing, CPG, pharma, or real estate/infrastructure verticals is a plus Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and Public cloud-based ERP solutions Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its capabilities Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical features into business benefits Excellent negotiation and closing skills Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools What We Offer: Competitive base salary plus performance-based commissions Comprehensive benefits package Ongoing professional development and training opportunities Collaborative and innovative work environment Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and drive digital transformation in the SME sector At Biz Tech Solutions Inc., we are committed to helping businesses leverage SAP technologies to achieve their full potential.
