We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and possess an established network of contacts to bring in new business opportunities. You will be responsible for presenting JRD Systems in a compelling manner to potential clients and securing profitable deals that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in various industries. Leverage your existing network to generate leads and bring in new business. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets. Client Engagement: Present JRD Systems' capabilities and service offerings in a professional and compelling manner. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Identify new market opportunities and areas for business expansion. Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of projects. Create detailed proposals for the clients, addressing their needs and showcasing tailored solutions to drive engagement and secure business opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and contracts. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and future growth plans. Skillset & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry. Strong network of contacts in Bangalore and across India, Asia and Middle East regions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a simplified manner.
