Job Profile:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Manager - Business development.

The successful candidate must have a passion for developing & implementing business development strategies, Lead and manage business development team. 

If you are someone who enjoys networking, referral doctor management and community management, this role is for you. 

 

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Develop & implement comprehensive business development strategy in line with organisations vision and goals for self and BD team 
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing referral sources, nurture connections,
  • Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the center’s reach. 
  • Plan, organise and oversee business development activities and outreach campaigns to promote the center's services 
  • Plan and organise CME’s to attract potential referral doctors and build trust 
  • Plan and organise round table with potential doctors 
  • build a referral network with Ob – Gyn & General Physicians 
  • Be part of the business development team’s efforts and initiatives,
  • Do periodical competitor analysis 
  • Develop good sales pitch, presentations and promotional materials 
  • Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting on activities 
  • Set clear KPI’s and KRA’s to the team, monitor and assess the performance 
  • Analyse patient demographics, referral doctor infographics and design targeted business development strategies 
  • Manage key accounts and ensure satisfaction of referral partners to ensure continued business/support 

 

Required Skills:   

  • Understanding of medical and healthcare industry and new trends in healthcare 
  • Excellent communication skills, and networking skills
  • Good general knowledge of Bangalore city, hospitals and clinics 
  • Language Skills: Ability to speak Kannada, Hindi and English 
  • Ability to work independently as well as with teams 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple connections 
  • Proven expertise in liaising with doctors
