Job Overview We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our sales channels, manage partner networks, and oversee the distribution of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field sales, channel partner management, and the enrollment of new partners, along with a proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business success. Key Responsibilities : Lead Field Sales Operations : Drive the field sales strategy to target new business opportunities, generate leads, and secure sales across key markets. Lead a sales team to achieve company goals and targets. Establish and Manage Channel Partnerships : Establish and nurture relationships with channel partners to expand Zetexa's market presence. Oversee the onboarding, performance tracking, and management of these partnerships to ensure mutual success. Oversee Distribution Channels : Manage and optimize distribution networks to ensure smooth product flow from partners to end customers. Work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these channels, resolving issues and streamlining processes. Partner Enrollment and Relationship Management : Take charge of the enrollment process for new partners, ensuring they understand the value propositions and products offered by Zetexa. Maintain long-term relationships with partners to foster growth. Develop Sales Strategies : Craft and implement sales strategies to meet company revenue goals. This includes analyzing market trends, evaluating competitor strategies, and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure Zetexa remains competitive in the marketplace. Team Leadership and Development : Lead a high-performing team by setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and ensuring professional growth. Coach the team on best practices in sales, negotiation, and partner management. Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize analytics to track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for improvement. Provide senior management with data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall business development efficiency. Ideal Candidate : Proven experience in business development, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role, managing sales, channel partnerships, and distribution. Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills. Experience in creating and executing sales strategies for B2 B and B2 C markets. Ability to analyze data and optimize processes based on insights. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred). Industry experience in Travel Tech, Consumer Io T, or M2 M is highly desirable.
