Position overview: Business Development Manager

We’re on the lookout for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team If you’re passionate about building relationships and creating growth opportunities, we want to hear from you.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Way: Craft and roll out effective business development strategies that align with our company goals, helping us grow and succeed in the market.
  • Manage the Team: Oversee a team of Business Development Specialists and interns. Your role will include mentoring and supporting them as they develop their skills and reach their targets.
  • Relationship Building & Lead Nurturing: Establish and maintain strong connections with key clients and stakeholders, nurturing these relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage and optimize lead nurturing programs to convert prospects and build long-term client engagement
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer needs. Use these insights to shape our strategies and offerings.
  • Drive Sales: Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations to close deals. Your goal is to meet and exceed our revenue targets.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure everyone is aligned on business initiatives.
  • Track Performance: Set clear performance metrics for the team, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to senior management on our business development activities.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and manage partnerships that will help us grow and stay competitive in the industry.
  • Performance analysis : Analyzing and reporting on team’s performance 


What We're Looking For:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years in business development or sales, with a solid record of hitting targets and driving growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing and mentoring a team is a must. You should be able to inspire and guide others.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Mind: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends, turning insights into action.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, the MS Office Suite, and other digital tools is essential.
  • Results-Driven: A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving results and contributing to the team’s success.
