COMPANY OVERVIEW: Good Choice Foods is a new manufacturing company involved in manufacturing healthy and innovative ready to eat snacks marketed under brand name “ KRUNCHILLO ”. We have launched fruit and vegetable chips made using unique technology that provide consumers a healthy and tasty alternative to traditional snacking.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Store Visits:
· Conduct regular visits to retail stores to pitch the products and create availability of the products in city. Ensure proper placement of the products, monitor products nearing expiry date, stock levels and co-ordinate the same with stakeholders and distributor.
· Build relationships with store managers and key decision makers to secure prime shelf space.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
· Execute sales strategies developed in collaboration with the sales team to drive product sales for corporate clients, modern trade and general trade channels.
· Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotions and displays.
Distributor Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, distributors, whole-sellers, retailers to ensure efficient distribution, product availability and timely delivery.
Product Knowledge:
· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our snack products, including ingredients, benefits, and unique selling points.
· Train store staff on product features and benefits.
Brand Management:
· Work closely with marketing teams to execute promotional activities, product launches and brand awareness campaigns at the local level
Customer Engagement:
· Engage with customers to promote products and answer queries.
· Collect feedback from customers to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
1. Team Leadership:
· Lead and motivate sales teams within your area to achieve sales objectives, provide coaching and guidance to enhance their performance and foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Sales Reporting:
· Provide regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends.
· Utilize data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
1. Market Intelligence:
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
· Provide insights and recommendations to the stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales 4-5 Years Plus , particularly in premium FMCG category with experience of handling corporate accounts and retail trade channels.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and retail store personnel.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Valid Driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
