About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and street-smart Admin Executive to handle a wide range of administrative tasks and assist with both the professional and personal activities of the reporting manager. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks for the reporting manager, ranging from coordinating personal schedules to organizing events or appointments.
- Document Management: Handle the preparation, filing, and maintenance of important documents and records.
- Event Coordination: Organize and assist with both professional and personal events, including meetings, conferences, team events, and social gatherings.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve day-to-day challenges, ensuring smooth operations for the reporting manager’s work and personal life.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Take on additional tasks and projects as required, including managing supplies, ordering office necessities, and coordinating with vendors.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative or executive assistant role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Street-Smart & Proactive: Able to think on your feet, solve problems quickly, and handle a variety of tasks without constant supervision.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Comfortable with both professional and personal administrative duties, with the ability to shift priorities as needed.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to engage with all levels of staff and external partners effectively.
- Discretion & Confidentiality: Understanding of the need for confidentiality in both professional and personal matters.
- Positive Attitude: High energy and a can-do attitude – ready to take on any challenge with a smile
