Danush Systems and Solutions | Sales Development Representative | bangalore

Danush, a Bangalore-based IT solutions company with the vision of "Contributing to the Success of Organizations Worldwide," is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) . This role is integral to our mission of empowering businesses to overcome challenges through technology. If you are passionate about prospecting, have a knack for identifying high-quality leads, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation :
Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through email marketing, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other outbound strategies.
Leverage tools to identify prospects aligned with Danush’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Lead Engagement :
Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects, introducing Danush as a trusted partner for IT solutions.
Conduct discovery calls to understand the prospect’s business challenges and align them with Danush’s offerings.
Collaboration with Teams :
Work closely with the Marketing, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and Inside Sales teams to execute strategic sales initiatives.
Maintain and update accurate lead information in the CRM
Reporting and Metrics :
Prepare sales forecasts and track key account metrics.
Provide insights on lead generation effectiveness and campaign success rates.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or IT services.
Proven expertise in outbound lead generation and inbound lead qualification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Experience targeting Indian & International markets, including APAC, EMEA
Ability to use prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) effectively.
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
