INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE


Role Overview:

As an inside Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs in areas like Enterprise networking, Cyber security solutions , Hyperconverged Infra , Security compliance solutions , Datacentre solutions , Cloud security etc .You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales while working closely with our technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and outreach efforts to generate new business opportunities

· Sales Engagement: Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities, including calls, emails, and virtual meetings, to engage with prospects and qualify their needs.

· Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points and business requirements to recommend appropriate solutions, Engage with required presale/ Field sales / Account managers to position the right solution.

· Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, track progress, and report on sales activities and forecasts.

· Collaboration: Work closely with Solutions Architects, Customer Success Managers, and other internal teams to ensure seamless prospect/customer experience

· Customer Education: Provide insights and information about our services, pricing models, and best practices to help customers make informed decisions.

· Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company policies and objectives.

· Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations to drive long-term growth.

· Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AWS technologies to effectively position and sell solutions in Cybersecurity, Enterprise networking and Hyperconverged domains.


Qualifications:

· Experience in inside sales, preferably in the areas of Cybersecurity solutions / Enterprise networking / Enterprise compute/Datacentre solutions.

· Experience in handling B2B selling to large enterprises.

· Should be able to initiate conversations around relevant solutions areas with stakeholders like CISOs, Network managers, IT managers, CIOS etc ..

· Adept at using all relevant and current digital platforms like social media

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Skills:

· Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

· Proficiency in using CRM tools

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
