Role Description :

The Customer Relations Executive will play a vital role in creating a seamless and premium experience for our customers. This is a full-time, on-site role that focuses on managing customer interactions, sales inquiries, and service coordination, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the Ducati standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service & Coordination :

  • Handle service-related inquiries, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with the service team for smooth operations.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Sales Support :

  • Manage incoming sales inquiries and assist the sales team in providing accurate information to potential buyers.
  • Coordinate follow-ups for post-sales and delivery experiences.

Campaigns & Engagement :

  • Support service and sales campaigns by contacting customers for offers, updates, and promotions.
  • Coordinate and invite customers to Ducati events, ensuring a high level of engagement and participation.

Data Management :

  • Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Track customer feedback and escalate any unresolved concerns to the relevant teams.

Post-Service and Follow-Ups :

  • Conduct follow-up calls post-service to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain relationships with customers through periodic communication and support.

Event Marketing :

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and campaigns that enhance the Ducati experience.

Job Qualifications :

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Enthusiasm for motorcycles and a passion for the Ducati brand is a must.
  • Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role (automotive industry experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
