Position: Accessories & Apparel Manager
Location: VFM Ducati Bengaluru, #91 Richmond Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Overview: At VFM Ducati Bengaluru, we’re bringing the spirit of Ducati to life. As our Accessories & Apparel Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by curating and managing Ducati’s premium line of motorcycle accessories and apparel. You’ll work closely with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to building a lifestyle around the Ducati brand.
Role Description:
Product Management:
- Oversee the complete inventory of Ducati’s official accessories and apparel.
- Curate collections to match customer preferences and seasonality, ensuring high-quality display and availability.
Sales Enablement:
- Drive the sales of accessories and apparel by training the sales team on product knowledge and upselling techniques.
- Develop promotions and bundled offers to maximize sales revenue.
Customer Experience:
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect gear and accessories to complement their Ducati motorcycles.
- Deliver a premium in-store experience that reflects Ducati’s brand values and lifestyle.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, and returns.
Visual Merchandising:
- Design and manage the visual display of accessories and apparel to create a premium shopping environment.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote Ducati’s lifestyle products through campaigns, events, and social media.
- Partner with the service and sales teams to offer bundled solutions for new motorcycle purchases.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Track sales data, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management with recommendations for improvements.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail, merchandising, or inventory management (experience with luxury brands is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire customers.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for motorcycles or automotive retail is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics to enhance visual merchandising.
