Whats Yum (Datadive AI Pvt Ltd) is a Whats App-based food ordering platform on a mission to empower restaurants with cutting-edge technology. We enable restaurants to become self-reliant , save on high commission fees, and grow their businesses sustainably. Our platform allows customers to place direct orders with restaurants at dine-in rates (typically 30% cheaper ) using just Whats App. Established in December 2023 , Whats Yum is a fast-growing startup looking for enthusiastic Field Sales Executives who thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and are eager to advance their careers. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development Drive sales for Whats Yum's Whats App Food Ordering Platform , helping restaurants save commissions on online orders. Deliver product demonstrations to restaurant owners and managers. Negotiate commission rates and close sales deals to onboard restaurants successfully. Onboarding and Relationship Management Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process , including documentation and agreements. Serve as the single point of contact for restaurants, resolving any issues related to orders. Meet and exceed monthly restaurant onboarding targets . Customer Engagement Regularly visit partner restaurants to maintain strong relationships and gather referrals. Develop and maintain a verified network of restaurant relationships in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Requirements and Skills Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in roles such as sales, business development, or relationship management, specifically with restaurants. Strong understanding of: POS systems and food ordering processes, Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, Experience with field sales for Pet Pooja POS or similar POS systems is highly preferred. Must provide two verified recommendations : One from a prior manager One from a prior customer. Compensation and Incentives Fixed Salary based on relevant experience Variable Pay: Bonus of ₹500 per restaurant onboarded above the monthly target of 25 restaurants IMPORTANT: Must own a vehicle and laptop Why Join Us?
