Job Overview As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of our company on the ground driving new business, building lasting relationships, and ensuring customer success. You’ll work directly with local businesses, understand their sourcing needs, and offer them a smarter way to buy fresh produce.
Identify and onboard new B2B customers (restaurants, kiranas, cloud kitchens, juice bars, etc.)
Conduct field visits and product demos to drive adoption
Achieve monthly sales targets and report field activity regularly
Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG, agri, or supply chain preferred)
~ Familiarity with local business landscape and customer segments
~ Basic tech-savviness (using CRM tools, mobile apps, etc.)
Experience selling to kirana stores, HoReCa, or small retailers
Knowledge of fruits & vegetables, perishables, or agri commodities
Fluency in local languages
