About the Role

As a Field Sales Executive , you will be responsible for driving sales through on-ground engagement with students and parents. This role requires high energy, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets through field visits and counselling sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet students and parents through daily field visits.
  • Drive sales closures through counselling sessions and follow-ups.
  • Generate leads via references, events, and local campaigns.
  • Handle objections, explain product value, and negotiate for conversions.
  • Participate in marketing activations and school/community outreach.
  • Maintain CRM updates, reporting, and required documentation.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with a go-getter attitude.
  • Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and customer interaction.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–5 years of field sales experience (EdTech, FMCG, BFSI, Telecom preferred).
  • Prior exposure to K-12 EdTech/Test Prep sales is an added advantage.

Working Days

  • 6 days working week (Monday fixed weekly off).
  • 100% field role with daily travel in the assigned territory.
