Job Description: Field Sales Executive – Networking Industry
Position Overview:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and promoting the company’s networking solutions to potential clients in the assigned territory. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and effectively presenting and selling networking products and services.
Education: Graduation in Engineering/Diploma in Electronics
Experience: 3-5 years filed sales experience is preferable
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Sales Target Achievement:
o Achieve sales targets and KPIs for networking products/services in the assigned region.
o Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
➢ Client Acquisition:
o Identify and generate leads for new business opportunities.
o Prospect and approach potential clients in various sectors including corporate, educational institutions, government bodies, and more.
o Present and demonstrate networking products and services to clients.
➢ Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
o Conduct regular follow-up meetings, addressing client queries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
o Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth delivery and installation of networking products.
➢ Product Knowledge:
o Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s networking products, services, and technologies.
o Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure the company remains competitive.
➢ Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
o Create compelling sales presentations and product demos tailored to the client’s needs.
o Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales and secure profitable
deals.
➢ Market Research & Feedback:
o Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential customers, and competitor activities.
o Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor insights.
➢ Sales Reporting & Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including lead generation, meetings, quotes, and orders.
o Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
o Use CRM tools to track sales performance and manage customer relationship.
