We specialize in building and delivering innovative products in the domains of E-commerce, EdTtech, and Women Empowerment, along with offering custom software services such as mobile app development, desktop applications, and website creation & development.
We are looking for Field Sales Executives who are passionate about on-ground client acquisition, business development, and customer engagement to join our team.
Position: Field Sales Executive (Full-Time)
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
Identify and visit prospective clients to present company products and services.
Conduct field sales activities including lead generation, presentations, follow-ups, and conversions.
Convince and onboard clients for website development (static/customized) and other IT services.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets of 80,000.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect client requirements and coordinate with the business development and technical teams for smooth delivery.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
*Requirements:*
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
0–4 years of experience in field sales/marketing preferred (freshers with passion for sales can also apply).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confidence to approach and convince clients directly.
Willingness to travel within assigned areas/territories.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
Basic knowledge of websites and IT services (training will be provided).
Performance-based incentives for leads generated and sales conversions.
