National Sales Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities: In this role, you will take the lead in driving national sales strategies and ensuring the success of our sales teams across India. You will play a central role in strengthening relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, while also managing and developing high-performing teams. With a clear focus on results, you will ensure that our brand maintains a strong presence in the FMCG market. Your leadership and strategic vision - Work strategically to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales targets. - Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams across regions to deliver strong results. - Develop and implement national sales strategies, forecasts, and business plans. - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - Organize and participate in trade shows and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. - Identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, processes, and efficiency. - Collaborate with regional managers on pricing, territory management, and inventory planning. Required Skills and Knowledge: - This position calls for an experienced professional with a proven record of managing national sales operations in the FMCG sector. - You should bring strong leadership qualities, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. - Knowledge of the incense industry will be considered a strong advantage. - Proven ability in strategic sales planning and execution. - Strong team leadership and performance management experience. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Deep understanding of FMCG trends and consumer behavior. - Proficiency in forecasting, sales planning, and revenue management. - Ability to attract, hire, and develop sales teams across regions. - Multilingual skills and computer literacy.
