The Successful Applicant A successful National Sales Manager should have: Proven 20+ years of experience in sales management within the Retail / FMCG industry. Expertise in the apparel sector is highly desirable. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools
