This is a high-impact leadership role managing major retail and e-commerce partners across India.Key Responsibilities:🛒 Lead PAN-India key account operations with major retailers and online platforms (e.g., Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Reliance, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)📊 Develop and execute national sales strategy, annual business targets, and growth plans📈 Drive top-line revenue and profitability (P&L ownership)🚀 Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations to finalize seasonal product ranges and business plans📣 Strengthen brand visibility through innovative sales and marketing initiatives🤝 Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business👥 Lead, mentor, and monitor regional sales teams to achieve performance goals📦 Oversee category performance across footwear, apparel, and accessoriesRequirements:✅ Graduate (mandatory) with MBA in Sales/Marketing/Retail preferred✅ Minimum 12 years of experience in retail or fashion/lifestyle industry✅ Proven track record in key account management, business development, and national sales leadership✅ Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills✅ Proficiency in MS Office and sales planning toolsPreferred:⭐ Experience handling both modern trade and e-commerce accounts⭐ Exposure to brand building and category expansion initiatives📩 If you’re ready to lead national growth and build lasting retail partnerships, let’s connect📧 shakshi@skyleaf.global | 📱 7521865318
