Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2C sales through direct customer interactions.
- Plan & execute society campaigns, community activations, and on-ground events to maximize outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in residential societies and local communities.
- Meet & exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Gather customer insights to help improve products and campaigns.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1–10 years of field sales experience with a proven track record in B2C sales.
- Hands-on experience in running society campaigns / residential activations.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with on-ground sales.
- Prior experience in FMCG, Telecom, Fintech, or Consumer Services preferred.
