MillionCXO is a fast-growing demand and appointment generation company helping global IT and consulting businesses connect with senior decision-makers across the USA. We are setting up our new office in Bangalore and are looking for ambitious professionals to join our high-performance sales team.
Role OverviewWe are hiring Appointment Generation Executives / Lead Generation Specialists with proven experience in USA calling and international lead generation . The ideal candidate is fluent in English, confident on calls, and capable of booking qualified appointments with senior executives (CXOs).
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospects in the USA market (IT services, SaaS, consulting firms).
- Build and nurture prospect lists through cold calls, email follow-ups, and LinkedIn outreach .
- Understand client pain points and position MillionCXO’s solutions effectively.
- Secure appointments/meetings with senior decision-makers (Directors, VPs, CXOs).
- Update lead details, call notes, and appointment status accurately in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly appointment targets.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation / appointment setting / inside sales .
- Mandatory: Prior experience in calling the USA market / international process .
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with neutral or US accent.
- Strong objection handling, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar CRMs is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Comfortable working in night shifts aligned to US timings .
