This is a high-energy, execution-driven role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, student-centric environments. Identify, engage, and manage relationships with MNC IT Product, MNC IT Services and GCCs to create placement and internship opportunities for NST students. Manage end-to-end relationships with key recruiters - from outreach, MoU signing and onboarding to interview process management and post-hire feedback. Facilitate structured opportunities (internships, pre-placement offers, campus hiring drives) with top global recruiters. Deepen engagement with existing MNC/GCC partners through regular connects, feedback loops, and value-added initiatives like industry panels and joint projects. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities. Work closely with academic teams to align student capabilities with evolving industry skill requirements. Maintain accurate databases, placement dashboards, and progress reports for visibility 6–12 years of business development experience in placements, corporate relations, or recruitment in higher education, EdTech, or hiring and staffing agencies. ~ Proven ability to manage large accounts and deliver on placement targets. ~ Strong corporate network across technology companies - MNC IT Product, MNC IT Services and GCCs ~ Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools and familiarity with placement management platforms.
