Bhanzu is bridging the gap between dreams and competence, by enabling students to realize their full potential and introduce them to science, coding and AI, through the lens of math.Website - https://www.bhanzu.com/Location - HSR Layout , Bangalore (Monday - Saturday)Role - Performance Marketing AssociateResponsibilities:Work on the creation, execution, and maintenance of PPC Ads campaigns in Google ads.Generate qualified leads according to the provided targetsProficiency in Keywords research and keywords competition AnalysisKnowledge of Analytic tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, etc.Conduct A/B testing for social media and various ad campaignsManage and report on budget planning/performance of ad campaignsWork on calculating and reporting on matters related to ad ROI, CPL, and similar parameters related to the ad campaignsPerform and report on ad quality analysisCreate a campaign expense sheet on a timely basisWork on implementing automation techniques on emerging trendsExecute the strategies for the formation and placement of various lead magnets on various websites and social media channelsCreate, design, execute, monitor, and analyze successful email marketing campaignsExecute message campaigns through automation toolsMonitor, respond and engage with the online community dailyQualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital/Social Media at an agency/brand.A Bachelor's degree is a mustShould be ready to work from the office in Bangalore from Monday to Saturday.Should be good with the basics of Excel
