Job Description:

As a Performance Marketer at AKOI, you will be responsible for the strategic execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with the internal team to ensure campaigns meet performance goals and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:

(a) Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google AdWords, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and especially programmatic channels.

(b) Plan, execute, and optimize OTT marketing campaigns across popular streaming platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

(c) Develop media buying strategies across programmatic platforms (Google DV360, Taboola, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement.

2. Analysis & Reporting:

(a) Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.

(b) Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROI, CTR, CPM, and LTV.

(c) Prepare detailed performance reports and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations.

3. Optimization:

(a) Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics, including ad creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.

(b) Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to drive better performance.

(c) Utilize advanced tracking and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party tools to measure success.

4. Audience Targeting:

(a) Create and implement robust audience segmentation strategies based on customer insights and data to maximize campaign relevance and effectiveness.

(b) Use retargeting, lookalike audiences, and other advanced targeting techniques to drive conversions.

5. Collaboration:

(a) Work closely with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.

(b) Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to ensure seamless integration of paid and organic strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful digital ad campaigns.

· Proficiency in Google AdWords, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads, and programmatic ad platforms (DV360, Taboola, etc.).

· Experience with OTT marketing on platforms such as Hotstar, Netflix, Prime Video, Zee5, etc.

· Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads reporting, and Excel for data analysis and insights.

· Excellent knowledge of bidding strategies, ad formats, and audience targeting techniques.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on driving measurable results.

· Strong communication skills and ability to present performance insights to clients and stakeholders.

3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Tools:

4. Audience & Ad Creative Management:

5. Reporting & Data Visualization:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience with E-Commerce platforms and D2C brands is a plus.

· Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

· Google AdWords Certification and/or Facebook Blueprint Certification.

· Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization tools.
