As we expand our outreach, we're seeking a Performance Marketer to accelerate our growth and bring our message to the right audience.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing digital strategies to drive enrollment, engagement, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in scaling our marketing efforts and ensuring that we achieve high performance in all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Build and execute campaigns focused on lead generation, student enrollment, and brand engagement.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) to track the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to improve campaign outcomes.
- Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing: Implement marketing automation tools and lead nurturing strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Optimization & Scaling: Continuously A/B test ad copies, creatives, and targeting to achieve the highest possible conversion rates. Scale campaigns while maintaining budget efficiency and target KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, creative, and web development teams to align marketing efforts with our goals. Coordinate with the admissions team to understand enrollment trends and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools.
- Experience managing ad spends of at least ₹6-8 Lakhs/month.
- Strong knowledge in SEM, PPC, and data analysis.
- Ability to develop and test marketing strategies that resonate with a student/entrepreneur audience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in education marketing or marketing for niche business programs.
- Strong understanding of entrepreneurial and leadership education trends.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Expertise in automation tools and CRM software is a plus.
