About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven and results oriented Performance Marketer to join our growing team. As a Performance Marketer, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns that acquire new customers and drive business growth.
To Note: This role is exclusively for experienced performance marketers. If your background is primarily in digital marketing, this position is not for you. We offer a competitive salary increase based on experience and qualifications. Please consider these details before applying.

Responsibilities
1-2 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns with a minimum ad spend of 1 crore.
Expertise in Meta Ads, with a thorough understanding of ad formats, targeting options, and campaign optimization for conversions and sales.
Proven skills in Google Video/YouTube Ads, capable of strategizing, executing, and monitoring campaigns aimed at driving conversions and sales.
Proficiency in setting up and verifying conversion tracking using Meta Pixel and Google Ads tracking codes on platforms like WordPress, ClickFunnels, and other page builders.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills to convey performance insights and recommendations effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred)
1 year of experience in performance marketing (PPC, social ads)
Proven experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modelling is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a data-driven mindset.
