Thermosonics Pvt. Ltd, located in Mumbai, is dedicated to raising awareness about the harmful effects of Noise Pollution and providing innovative Acoustical Engineering solutions to create healthy living and working environments.
Roles and responsibilities of Program Manager
Work with other departments through the entire project from design / drawing, raw material procurement, fabrication of items through in house OR outsourced, supply/ logistics.
Prepare project planning sheet and update on a regular basis.
Ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control through internal and external agencies to meet customer requirements, budgeted costs, scheduled timeline.
Lead production teams, coordinate multiple discipline activity and serve as the responsible charge for projects.
Actively coordinate with all other internal/external team members on complex projects.
Responsible for determining identification of key client interests and drivers on projects.
Maintaining Client communication through Correspondence & meetings.
Personally handle, supervise, handle client needs in the completion of projects.
Assist team members in resolving project problems, escalates issues, when necessary, as per escalation matrix of customer, and facilitate decision-making.
Managing budget and Managing timeline to handover the project in smooth flow.
Job Qualification
B. E. Mech / B. E. Civil / Construction Management preferred.
Project site management experience will be an added advantage.
PMP Certification.
Experienced with Managing multiple Projects specially with large corporate companies
Proven ability to multitask at project, delegate with clearly defined responsibility and organising skill.
Ready to travel to site twice a month.
Tech savvy and professional experience.
