Job Purpose StatementTo drive the growth and profitability of the Prime Home Loans business within the assigned region by leading and motivating a high-performing sales team. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, enhancing market penetration, and strengthening customer relationships.Duties & Responsibilities•To grow the Prime HL business and achieve the targeted loan book size.•To increase the productivity in terms of value and number of loan disbursals for respective geography.•Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team•Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, builders, and real estate agents•Monitor and mitigate credit risk within the portfolio & Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.•Set clear sales goals and targets for the team.•Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.•Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and training to the team.•Ensure all business operations under their purview are regulatory complied.Key Challenges (List the key tasks performed to support the main objectives of the position•Setting up team•Management of client pipeline for your respective geographyDecision Making Authority (Describes the type of decisions made alone, those on which the manager must be consulted, those referred to a higher level, and job procedures to be followed).•Rejection of cases•Evaluation of Financials of prospecting firms/customers.•Recommending Institutional Tie-ups.•Recommending New Product Design or features.•Recommending Cases to Put up for appraisal.Job RequirementsProfessional QualificationSkills & KnowledgeLeadership CompetenciesFunctional CompetenciesAnyGraduate/Postgraduate with experience in Business development of 8 to 10 years.Candidates having NBFC experience & strong knowledge of local market are preferred.Region to HandleGood networking skillsProven ability to lead and motivate teams.Ability to make tough decisions.Strong sales and negotiation skillsDeep understanding of the home loan market and regional nuancesProven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong analytical skills to analyse data and make informed decisions.Innovation Led Transformation.Result Orientation with Execution excellence.Customer Focus.Determination.CollaborationAgilityBold
