Targeted site visits through outbound calls.Following up on enquiries for conversions into site visits.Maintaining MIS of all enquiries generated for a specific period of time.Custodian of all enquiries and leads generated through campaigns.Coordination with Marketing and Sales for MIS update Custodian of all inbound and outbound calls pertaining to Sales.To achieve site visit targets for all the projects for specified period of time.Database churning and conversion of enquiries to leads.Updating Marketing on quality of enquires through marketing campaigns.Floating regular MIS on the inbound/outbound calls Vis-à-vis updates.Personality Dimensions –Dynamic & result oriented.Excellent problem-solving ability.High tenacityCustomer centric approachGood CommunicationQualification & Skills -Any graduate with excellent communication skills in English.1 to 2 years of experience in similar role.
