As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Delivery Manager to lead our team in Bangalore. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in team management, client delivery, and IT staffing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
Manage and lead a team of at least 20 recruiters, ensuring high performance and continuous skill development.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
Set team goals and KPIs, track performance, and implement strategies to improve team productivity and quality.
Conduct regular team reviews and one-on-one sessions with team members to monitor progress and resolve any performance issues.
Client Delivery & Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of IT staffing solutions.
Oversee the entire recruitment cycle to meet client hiring needs within defined SLAs, ensuring a seamless process from requisition to placement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high client satisfaction levels and retention.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized recruitment solutions to meet their evolving staffing needs.
Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client demands while maintaining high-quality standards.
Work with the recruitment team to implement best practices, streamline processes, and continuously improve the recruitment lifecycle.
Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and trends, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure that all recruitment processes are in line with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on team performance, recruitment progress, and client satisfaction.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals and client expectations.
Participate in strategic planning meetings to help define recruitment goals, resource allocation, and operational improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT staffing, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Team Handling: Proven track record of managing and leading a team of 20+ recruitment professionals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Expertise in IT Staffing: Deep understanding of IT recruitment processes, technologies, and the IT staffing industry.
Client Management: Strong experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deliver high-quality staffing solutions.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Metrics-Driven: Experience with recruitment metrics, SLAs, and reporting.
Problem Solving: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to resolve issues and find creative solutions to challenges.
Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably HR, Business, or related field).
Desirable:
Experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2 H) staffing models.
Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in IT recruitment and staffing.
Strong understanding of various ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools.
