We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager with expertise in the BFSI domain. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by delivering Onextel’s CPaa S solutions to enterprise clients in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of BFSI industry needs and the ability to translate those into tailored CPaa S offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
Identify, engage, and close enterprise clients in the BFSI sector, focusing on CPaa S solutions like SMS, Messaging, Voice, and Whats App.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs, IT heads, and marketing leaders in the BFSI domain.
Solution Selling
Understand the unique communication challenges and regulatory requirements of BFSI clients.
Offer tailored CPaa S solutions that enhance customer engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Strategic Sales Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and product demonstrations.
Industry Insights & Market Positioning:
Stay abreast of BFSI trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to position Onextel as a trusted CPaa S partner.
Represent Onextel at BFSI industry events, forums, and conferences.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
Provide feedback on client requirements and market trends to guide product innovation.
Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline data, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve better outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 2 years in the BFSI sector and/or CPaa S industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Strong understanding of BFSI communication needs, including regulatory compliance and customer engagement.
Expertise in CPaa S solutions, particularly SMS, Messaging, Voice, and Whats App.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales management.
