Operating as a peer-to-peer, distributed chargingnetwork, Bolt.Earth caters to 2, 3, & 4W-EVs, accommodating both standard and fast chargingoptions.
Key Responsibilities• Own the entire sales process in the assigned region.• Build a pipeline of corporates & business enterprises through direct contact, emails, andphone calls.• Value selling to corporates & business enterprises for enabling EV charging infrastructure.• Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selectingappropriate products that meet their specifications.• Deliver sales pitches, presentations, and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefitsof a product to influence the purchase.• Adopt a data-driven approach to assess performance, RoI and improve the approach.• Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads,and sales opportunities.• Lead after-sales support and services to clients.
Key requirements• 3-7 years of experience in enterprise, corporate/B2B sales having working relationships thatcan be leveraged for future sales.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.• Self-starter with a willingness to take initiative.• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills• Strong understanding of technology and business.• Willingness to travel extensively within a city.
