Institutional Sales Manager

Good Choice Foods is a new manufacturing company specializing in healthy and innovative ready-to-eat snacks, marketed under the brand name KRUNCHILLO . We have launched fruit and vegetable chips crafted using unique technology that provides consumers a healthy and tasty alternative to traditional snacking.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy Planning & Implementation:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to grow institutional sales across key market segments (corporate, educational, healthcare, retail, etc.).
Identify and target new business opportunities within the institutional channel while nurturing existing accounts to increase repeat business.
Set and achieve sales targets, providing regular reporting and analysis of sales performance against goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in target institutions, including purchasing managers, facility managers, dietitians, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct regular follow-up meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition and product offerings.
Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and customer information in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
Assist in the forecasting of sales revenue and demand to ensure proper inventory levels and production planning.
Sales Execution & Negotiation:
Lead negotiations for bulk orders, long-term contracts, and pricing agreements.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to manage inventory and supply chain needs for institutional accounts.
Product Knowledge:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our snack products, including ingredients, benefits, and unique selling points.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales (5+ years), particularly in premium B2B sales in the food category. Experience with premium or health-conscious food brands is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
