Senior Sales Manager (B2B) – Institutional Sales (Agricultural Technology and Equipment)

Indusry: Agriculture Machinery

Location: Gurugram

Experience : 10 Years+ with Engineering Degree

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work independently in INSTITUTIONAL SALES section, achieve growth and hit sales target.

2. Develop company’s B2G business and grow it to match annual targets.

3. Increase number of corporate customers like Agri Chemical manufacturers, Agri Machinery

manufacturers, Agri Demand generators…

4. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and

ensures regular sales.

5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

6. Develop customer database and keep it managed in CRM.

7. Give weekly MIS and report Actual achieved numbers against KPIs

8. Help Marketing team in pitching right content to right customers.

QUALIFICATION:

1. MBA in Sales from reputed Institute.

2. Should have proven sales track record in Agricultural machinery industry.

3. Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer convincing skills.

4. Computer literacy and good organizational skills.

5. The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.

6. Should have more than 10years of hands on experience.
