Gurugram . This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably within the
advertising
and
photography studio
sectors, who thrives on building strong client relationships and driving business growth.As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, promoting our services, and meeting key sales targets. You will need to be proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable with travel to attend
industry events, fairs, and exhibitions .Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Identify and generate new business leads through
online platforms, industry events, and exhibitions . Use creative outreach methods including
face-to-face meetings
and
cold calling
to establish and nurture client relationships.Client Interaction:Schedule and conduct in-depth meetings with potential clients to fully understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Maintain a
high level of customer service
to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.Data Management:Keep
accurate records
of client interactions, sales activities, and lead progress using our CRM system. Prepare detailed reports on
sales performance
and client feedback to track and optimize results.Target Achievement:Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by management. Develop and implement
strategies
to increase market presence and drive overall sales growth.Market Research:Stay updated on
industry trends ,
competitor activities , and
market conditions . Share insights and recommendations to improve our sales approach and enhance our service offerings.Requirements:Experience:5-7 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the
advertising
and
photography studio
sectors.Skills:Excellent
communication
and
interpersonal
skills.Strong
negotiation
and
presentation
abilities.Proficient in
CRM software
and
Microsoft Office Suite .Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Other:Willingness to travel frequently and attend industry events, fairs, and exhibitions.A
proven track record
of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Exposure to a diverse range of
