Facility Management
Providing services & maintaining the facility in safe, secure & healthy state to meet client’s level of satisfaction.
Authorized to monitor and stop any unsafe work practices. Overall PM site in-charge.
Regular client meetings and addressing day-to-day issues.
Assist, support & guide site team for clients VIP and management visits.
To ensure documentation of all statutory compliance related to the property & labour law.
Participation in Clients, Company’s Internal / External audits.
Operational planning & implementation of cost saving projects & strive towards continuous improvement of properties.
Support in yearly Budgeting
Leading Team of technical in- charge, soft services In-charge, water management In-Charge & site executives.
To ensure implementation of planned activities i.e. preventive & breakdown maintenance of diesel generators, pumps, compressor, and electrical equipment’s, water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant.
Evaluating, engaging & managing contractors / vendors for technical & soft services.
To ensure efficient Operation & Maintenance of IBMS & FAS and vison for further improvement / automation of the system.
Liaising with local statutory bodies to ensure the site compliance.
Tackling of emergencies / urgent issues with efficiently, effectively and consequences preparation.
To participate/review in implementing the intention of the OHS & Well-being Policy and achieve intended outcome of OHS & Wellbeing objectives for area of operations.
To review competence and capability (including behaviours)
Monitoring of organizational health and safety culture.
Suggestions & recommendations of good practices including technology related to PM (To improve in daily routine nature of work)
Involvement in On Site Emergency Plan and Business continuity Plan.
Work-zone Monitoring
Qualifications & Soft Skills Requirement:-
An engineering graduate or Diploma in Engineering with experience in Property Management.
12-15 years of property management experience managing facilities. Logistics parks or large industrial units with warehouses experience is preferred.
Adhere to processes and support the client, management in managing them. Involve and close client escalations.
High Integrity and work ethics. Tracks & keeps commitments.
