Job Summary:

As a Facilities Manager at Cyient DLM Ltd, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of all organization facilities and equipment. You will work closely with external agencies and statutory bodies to ensure 100% compliance with Factories, PCB, Labor, and Fire Department regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plans and organizes schedules for facility maintenance and repairs
• Directs the design, construction, and renovation of facilities and equipment
• Works with external agencies and statutory bodies to ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintains a strong knowledge of UPS, DG Sets, Transformers, Compressors, Fire Hydrant, and Sprinkler Systems, CCTV, Access Control, RO Plant, STP, DI Plant, FA & PA Systems, and Repairs and Maintenance
• Handles heavy machinery and has experience with external audits
• Provides monthly MIS reports on utilities and has a Class 1 Electrical Contractor license issued by the Government of Karnataka
• Optimizes power usage and leads teams in handling incidents or emergencies
• Reduces downtime of break downs and reviews monthly budget vs expenditure
• Monitors and inspects buildings and equipment to ensure utility systems are operational and preventive maintenance schedules are followed
• Ensures 100% statutory compliance related to Factories
• Prepares cost estimates for building renovations or space allocations
• May direct safety and/or security functions of the facilities

Requirements:

• Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of facility management and maintenance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
