  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance activities of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and maximize asset lifespan.
  • Manage service contracts, negotiate vendor agreements, and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of occupants during crisis situations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to establish business continuity plans that minimize disruption to facility operations.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives, including energy management, waste reduction, and green building certifications.
  • Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce facility operating costs and environmental impact.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of property operations and facility management principles.
  • Proven experience in facility management within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using facility management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy management is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
