Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, WCF). Lead end-to-end development lifecycle including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment. Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct detailed code reviews, and mentor junior developers to maintain best practices. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, QA, DevOps) to deliver business-critical features on time. Integrate relational (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases with enterprise-grade applications, ensuring performance and security. Drive adoption of modern development practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, microservices, and cloud-native solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP). Troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement long-term preventive solutions. NET frameworks, tools, and industry trends, and proactively suggest improvements to architecture and processes. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. ~4+ years of hands-on industry experience on .Net application development, including leadership/mentorship roles. ~ Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, WCF, and modern .NET Core frameworks. ~ Proven experience in leading teams, conducting code reviews, and enforcing engineering best practices. ~ Hands-on experience with front-end web technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Razor Pages). ~ Strong database knowledge (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) plus exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra). ~ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. ~ Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities. You love to express ideas and articulate well with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
