Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
2. Identify and qualify new business leads and sales opportunities.
3. Build relationships with potential clients and provide them with information about our inverter products.
4. Handle objections and concerns from potential clients.
5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, technical support).
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. 1-3 years of experience in telesales, sales, or a related field.
3. Proven track record of success in driving sales growth.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong knowledge of the solar industry and inverter products.
6. Proficient in CRM software.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience in the solar industry or a related field.
2. Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field.
3. Knowledge of solar design software, such as PVsyst or Helioscope.
