Technolite Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our subscription-based mobile app plans to business owners through effective telesales techniques. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy engaging with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers over the phone to understand their business needs and recommend suitable mobile app plans.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our mobile app products.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Utilize graphic design tools such as Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials for sales pitches and follow-up communications.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively converting leads into customers and closing sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions, in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our mobile app solutions in the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using graphic design tools such as Canva or similar software to create marketing materials.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to maintain accurate sales records.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
