Senior Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our Learning & Talent team. The role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs to support employee growth and development across entry and mid-levels. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and other stakeholders to create impactful learning solutions aligned with organizational goals. Conduct learning needs analysis through surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms. Design and develop learning programs using instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Deliver and facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops (in-person and virtual). Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) team for content updates, tracking, and reporting. Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and KPIs; Foster a learning culture by promoting continuous development and knowledge-sharing. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. ~6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related HR functions. ~ Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and development methodologies. ~ Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools. ~ Skilled at using data and analytics to improve learning outcomes. Experience in leading organization-wide training programs. Creative approach to delivering impactful, engaging learning experiences. Exposure to enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives. Professional growth in Learning, Talent Development, and HR strategy. A collaborative culture focused on employee development and success.
