Learning & Development Operations Specialist L&D Ops - Contractual Position Position Title: Learning & Development Operations Specialist Department: Learning & Development Employment Type: Contractual (1 Year) Location: Mumbai or Bangalore, India Work Mode: Hybrid (Remote + Work from Office) Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in L&D Operations Joining Date: Immediate JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development Operations Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our training programs, ensuring effective delivery and measurable outcomes. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently while collaborating with global stakeholders to drive learning initiatives across the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Training Program Management Project manage training programs from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards Coordinate with subject matter experts, trainers, and vendors to develop comprehensive learning solutions Manage training calendars and resource allocation effectively Content Management & Quality Assurance Review and evaluate training content for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives Ensure content meets organizational standards and compliance requirements Collaborate with content developers to enhance training materials Training Delivery & Administration Schedule training sessions across multiple time zones to accommodate global teams Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person training delivery Monitor training completion rates and follow up with participants and managers Ensure proper attendance tracking and certification processes Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across different regions Provide regular updates on training progress and outcomes Facilitate feedback sessions and address stakeholder concerns Build and maintain strong relationships with global team members Evaluation & Reporting Evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods Generate comprehensive reports on training metrics, completion rates, and ROI Analyze learning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience & Background Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Learning & Development operations or similar roles Demonstrated experience in training program management and project coordination Experience working with global, cross-functional teams across different time zones Technical Skills Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other L&D technologies Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms and virtual training tools Experience with AI tools and their application in Learning & Development Advanced skills in report generation and data analysis tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Communication & Language Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences Strong presentation and facilitation skills Cultural sensitivity for international stakeholder interactions PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field Professional certifications in Learning & Development Experience with learning analytics and performance measurement Knowledge of instructional design principles Familiarity with compliance training and regulatory requirements Experience in change management and organizational development KEY COMPETENCIES Project Management:  Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously Analytical Thinking:  Strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities Technology Savvy:  Comfortable with learning technologies and AI tools Attention to Detail:  Ensuring accuracy in content review and program delivery Adaptability:  Flexibility to work in a dynamic, global environment Stakeholder Management:  Building relationships and managing expectations effectively WHAT WE OFFER Competitive compensation package for contractual engagement Flexible hybrid working arrangement Opportunity to work with global teams and diverse stakeholders Exposure to cutting-edge L&D technologies and AI tools Professional development opportunities Collaborative and inclusive work environment Application Process: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and motivation for applying to Please include "Learning & Development Operations Specialist" in the subject line.
