Our mission extends beyond Century Real Estate—we support the Vidyashilp Group, designing impactful learning journeys and programs that enhance the capabilities of admission team and students. At CLA, we go beyond traditional L&D boundaries - we streamline processes, design creative campaigns, and craft experiences that keep employee engagement and up skilling at their peak. As a Content & Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, juggling diverse projects, designing engaging training content, and ensuring seamless execution. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences that drive transformation across teams and individuals. Content Development & Design Create high-impact training materials, e-learning modules, and engaging resources. Maintain meticulous project documentation, budgets, and tracking tools. Innovation in L&D Facilitate workshops, discussions, and post-training feedback sessions. Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Operations, or similar roles. # Strong project management and organizational skills. # Proficiency in designing training content (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, e-learning tools).
