Role Overview As a Content & Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, juggling diverse projects, designing engaging training content, and ensuring seamless execution. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences that drive transformation across teams and individuals. Key Responsibilities 1.Content Development & Design Create high-impact training materials, e-learning modules, and engaging resources. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop innovative learning solutions. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth program rollouts. 2. Operational Excellence Maintain meticulous project documentation, budgets, and tracking tools. Optimize processes for improved efficiency and scalability. 3. Innovation in L&D Experiment with modern learning tools, platforms, and methodologies. Stay updated on trends in learning technologies and recommend best-fit solutions. 4. Facilitation (Good to have) Facilitate workshops, discussions, and post-training feedback sessions. Ability to moderate large groups virtually and F2F Skills and Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Operations, or similar roles. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in designing training content (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, e-learning tools). Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to take on varied challenges. Tech-savvy, with a good grasp of LMS platforms and tools (e.g., MindTickle, Asana). What’s in it for You?
