Role Overview As a Content & Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, juggling diverse projects, designing engaging training content, and ensuring seamless execution. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences that drive transformation across teams and individuals. Key Responsibilities 1.Content Development & Design - Create high-impact training materials, e-learning modules, and engaging resources. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop innovative learning solutions. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth program rollouts. 2. Operational Excellence - Maintain meticulous project documentation, budgets, and tracking tools. - Optimize processes for improved efficiency and scalability. 3. Innovation in L&D - Experiment with modern learning tools, platforms, and methodologies. - Stay updated on trends in learning technologies and recommend best-fit solutions. 4. Facilitation (Good to have) - Facilitate workshops, discussions, and post-training feedback sessions. - Ability to moderate large groups virtually and F2F Skills and Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Operations, or similar roles. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. - Proficiency in designing training content (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, e-learning tools). Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to take on varied challenges. - Tech-savvy, with a good grasp of LMS platforms and tools (e.g., MindTickle, Asana).
